Message regarding privatization of the company
On 20 October 2010 a contract on sale of 90.09% of shares of Kłodzko Spa Complex S.A. was signed between the Ministry of Treasury and KGHM I Close-end Investment Fund of Non-public Assets with its registered office in Wrocław, of a total value of PLN 138,227,030.00. Thus, the multistage process of the Company's privatization was completed.
KGHM I FIZAN is managed and represented by KGHM TFI S.A. - a Polish financial institution, the sole owner and founder of which is KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
The new owner assured that he positively evaluates the existing strategy of Kłodzko Spa Complex S.A., and thus intends to continue the growth of both business lines, expanding the offer of medical services and expanding the production and distribution network of mineral water. Later this year, the new Owner will increase the share capital of the Company by PLN 8 million, while in the next 3 years he is going to invest PLN 40 million in its growth.
Sanatoria ZUK S.A. is the largest spa complex in the country. It conducts activities in the field of spa treatment, rehabilitation, prevention, ambulatory treatment, diagnostics, health tourism in three resorts with with a long tradition in treatment: in Polanica-Zdrój, Duszniki-Zdroj and Kudowa-Zdrój. Our Spas consist of 14 facilities, in which over 28 thousand people in total heal and relax. The Company is also the producer of mineral, healing and spring waters, produced in three bottling plants located in Polanica-Zdrój and in Jeleniów near Kudowa-Zdrój. The most popular and appreciated among them is the mineral water of the "Staropolanka" brand.
