SALES CONDITIONS:
- The basis of sale is a weekly sale of packages (7, 14, 21 days).
- The exception from this rule is the sale within the LAST MINUTE offer and other special offers.
- Check-in is on Sunday at 3 p.m. and check-out is on the next Sunday at 11 a.m. In the case of treatment and spa stay, dinner is the first meal and breakfast is the last.
Reservations should be made in writing (by fax or email) or by telephone. A condition of confirmation of reservation is an advance payment of 25% of the cost of stay to the bank account mentioned in the document confirming the reservation.
The payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card (Master Card, Visa, Maestro, VISA Elektron).
All guests using the sanatorium's facilities are kindly requested upon their arrival to pay the spa fee (in cash) to the Customer Service Offices, which is collected by the Municipal Offices in Polanica Zdrój or Duszniki Zdrój or Kudowa Zdroj in the amount determined by resolutions of Municipal Councils.
During a stay at the sanatorium's facilities there is a possibility to buy a full insurance package.
Legal basis: Articles 17 and 19 of the Act of 12 January 1991 on taxes and local fees (Journal of Laws of 2006, No.121, item 844, as amended).
The rates according to the current resolutions of the City Councils:
- Polanica-Zdrój - PLN 3 / day (Resolution XXI/152/2008 of 28 October 2008)
- Duszniki-Zdrój - PLN 3 / day (Resolution LVIII/287/10 of 27 October 2010)
- Kudowa-Zdrój - PLN 3 / day (Resolution XLVI/323/09 of 10 December 2009)
