Sanatorium uzdrowiskowe - sanatorium i uzdrowisko dla Ciebie | ZUK S.A.

Holiday is a form of stay in the spa which combines leisure with the possibility of using the biological regeneration and medicinal treatment offer.

Visit us for holiday stays, which include:
  • Accommodation.
  • Full board with the option of choosing the menu: supper on the day of arrival, breakfast on the day of departure, three meeals on the remaining days.
  • Immediate medical help of doctors and nurses.
  • Water drinking therapy.
  • Daily, one-time (1 h) visit at the swimming pool based on the guest card – pertains to all commercial guests accommodated in the facilities of ZUK S.A. in Polanica, Kudowa and Duszniki-Zdrój.

  • Sale is based on week bundles (7, 14, 21 days).
  • The check-in time is Sunday 3 p.m. and the check-out time is the next Sunday 11 a.m. (the first meal is supper and the last one – breakfast).

Spa treatment is delivered in the following facilities:

Bookings are made in writing (fax or e-mail) or via telephone. Booking is confirmed only once a deposit of 25% of the costs of stay arrives in the bank account provided in the booking confirmation slip.

Payment for the stay can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card (Master Card, Visa, Maestro, VISA Elektron).

All the guests using the sanatorium facilities are requested to pay in the Customer Service Offices the spa fee charged by City Halls in Polanica-Zdrój and Duszniki-Zdrój or Kudowa-Zdrój in the amounts specified in City Council Resolutions. Full insurance package can be bought during stays in sanatorium facilities.

The spa fee is paid by natural persons who stay for a period longer than a day – for health-related, tourist, leisure or training purposes – in places situated in areas with a spa status granted according to the rules set forth in the act of 28 July 2005 on spa treatment, spas and spa protection areas and spa gminas (Journal of Laws No. 167, item 1399 as amended) for each day of stay.

Legal basis: articles 17 and 19 of the Tax and Local Fee Act of 12 January 1991 ( Journal of Laws 2006 No. 121, item 844 as amended).

  • Polanica-Zdrój – PLN 3.00 / day (Resolution XXI/152/2008 of 28.10.2008)
  • Duszniki-Zdrój – PLN 3.00 / day (Resolution LVIII/287/10 of 27.10.2010)
  • Kudowa-Zdrój – PLN 3.00 / day (Resolution XLVI/323/09 of 10.12.2009)
