The “Jagusia” Children Spa Hospital is situated near the Spa Park. The Hospital is comprised of two beautiful buildings joined together by an architecturally interesting corridor. One of them offers accommodation (rooms for children, accommodating 3-7 people) and medical care, while the other is a school with two day-care rooms, a library, an IT lab, a gym and a cosy dining room. Young patients can also use a mini park with a playground and a sports field. In such a friendly environment children forget about their diseases and recover faster.
Therapy in “Jagusia” is recommended mostly for overweight and obese children, as well as children with diseases of a locomotor organ, respiratory tract, digestive system, with rheumatologic and endocrinological problems. We also offer special bread for patients on a gluten-free diet.
The facility offers comfortable rooms for parents and carers who wish to accompany their children during the therapy (Price list). Young patients can enjoy a modern recreation swimming pool. We will take care of childrens' condition in a luxurious center, with the highest quality fitness and cardio equipment.
School Complex at the “Jagusia” Spa HospitalThe School offers primary school education (classes 1-6) and junior high. Children bring books and notebooks and continue their education. At the end of the stay students get an attendance certificate and a list of grades they received in particular subjects.
Young patients can enjoy after-school activities, such as strolls around Kudowa-Zdrój, educational games, art contests, sports events, bonfires, and theatre classes. These activities are educational in nature. Their purpose is to make children focus on their talents but also to help them cope with being away from their homes and families and to restore their faith in their own abilities.
